MEET ALICIA ORLOPP, Licensed therapist

Reconnect with a calmer, more compassionate version of yourself.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to regulate your emotions, soften the overwhelm, and create more ease, balance, and steadiness in your life.

Here you can take a breath, be honest about what’s heavy, and not carry it alone.

This is a gentle space to slow down, breathe deeper, and begin healing at your own pace. Here, you can show up exactly as you are—overwhelmed, tired, unsure, hopeful, or all of it at once—and be met with warmth and understanding. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan. Together, we’ll gently tend to what feels heavy so you can reconnect with calm, clarity, and the steadier version of yourself that’s still here.

I’m Alicia Orlopp, and I support women who are navigating the beautiful, exhausting journey of motherhood—or struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the heavy weight of overwhelm. I help my clients build realistic, gentle tools to create healthier boundaries with themselves and others, find more presence in their daily lives, and calm the intensity of their emotions. I’m also a mom of two, so I get it—the isolation, the overwhelm, the guilt, the moments that feel like too much. All of it is real, and none of it means you’re failing. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, in your most authentic form, without pressure to be anything else.

How therapy with me helps

Together, we’ll look beyond surface stress and explore how your own attachment history and childhood experiences are shaping the way you respond to your child, your partner, and yourself. When we heal those old wounds, parenting often feels lighter and less reactive, because you’re no longer operating from survival mode. Using an attachment-based and interpersonal neurobiology lens, I weave together mindfulness, insight, and empathy to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build new ways of showing up — so you can feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in the parent you want to be.

With me, you’ll find guidance, clarity, and direction.

Heal your past. Feel calmer in the present. Parent with connection and confidence.
