You've pushed through for so long,
you may think there's no way it
could get better.
Let's face it: motherhood is hard. The pressure to be perfect- calm and positive, loving and supportive partners, and on top of everything- is an impossible task that has left many mother's feeling defeated, burnt out, and lonely.
You know this isn't working anymore.

When motherhood has turned into overwhelm
You are tense, on edge, or emotionally numb
You find it difficult to engage with your child, finding yourself scrolling your phone, or wanting to be left alone
You may have thoughts like "my children deserve better,"
"I'm a failure and failing at motherhood," "why can't I just get it together?" "What is wrong with me?"
Something needs to change.
In therapy, we don't just push through.
Therapy with me includes finding who you are again. Let's identify what exactly is triggering the tension, the irritation, emotional numbness, and self-doubting. Together, we will develop effective strategies for you to use when you're on the edge and unable to manage those pesky negative thoughts and feelings. Let's get you to a place where you not only embrace motherhood, but embrace who you are as a human being!
I'm ready to get started

3. Reclaim motherhood
At the conclusion of our work, you'll have a newfound confidence in the strengths you've honed in on, discovered new skills for maintaining inner peace, and accepted how you show up in motherhood. Motherhood will no longer be a place of loneliness and isolation, but of empowerment and serenity.
